Mount Eliza bathroom

Full bathroom renovation. The room was set out from the plan, the old fit-off was stripped, and the plumbing and electrical were moved to the new layout. The shower and floor were waterproofed, flood tested and tiled, with a floor waste on the mixer side. The screen, oak vanity and tapware were fitted off, and the paint went on once the wet trades were finished.

Rosebud bathroom

Full bathroom renovation. The old shower and vanity were removed and the waste relocated for a walk-in. Walls and floor were waterproofed, flood tested and tiled, including the niche. The wall-hung vanity, black tapware and screen were fitted off, and the room was painted once the tiling was done.

Mornington kitchen

Full kitchen renovation. The old cupboards, benchtops and splashback were stripped and the services moved for the new layout. New cabinetry, a stone island and the appliances were installed, and the dining room was opened through. Walls and ceiling were painted once the joinery was protected.

Somerville extension

A square rear room, set further out from the house. Footings and slab were poured, then the frame and its own roof were tied into the existing house. The room was closed in with matching cladding and wide sliding doors, then insulated and plastered. A timber deck was built off the new slab, and the paint and trims went on once the building work was finished.

Mount Martha house

Full exterior repaint. The boards were washed down, loose paint removed, and cracks and nail holes filled and sanded. Bare timber was primed, joins caulked, and the windows and paths masked. Two finish coats went on — white boards, with charcoal on the trims.

Clyde North interior

Large interior repaint through the open living, dining and hallway. Walls and ceilings were washed, filled and sanded, then the trims were cut in. Two finish coats went on — warm white through the main rooms, with the doors and skirting in soft white.

Safety Beach cladding

Cladding on the wall facing the pool. The old lining came off, battens were packed straight, and horizontal boards were fixed and jointed. The boards were painted warm white and the window frames finished charcoal, with the pool edge kept covered throughout.
